*(1) Setup-Utility
The Setup Utility for 3D Rotate Tool Flexi is more advanced compared to the Config Utility for 3D Rotate Tool Classic. The Setup Utility for 3DRT Flexi outputs a folder with resized images and config.xml, which is ready to upload to your server. The Config utility for 3D Rotate Tool Classic outputs just the config.xml file.

*(2) Custom Size
For 3D Rotate Flexi you specify the width and height of the flash movie either in the Setup Utility or directly in html. For 3D Rotate Classic you need to open the .fla and modify it to your desired width, height, and then publish your reiszed swf.

*(2) Theming
Both tools come with .fla file. In 3D Rotate Tool Classic, you can create any theme just by editing the .fla file. You can e.g. swap button images and even reposition them. For 3D Rotate Flexi you can also swap the button images for yours, but to reposition them you need to edit an actionscript file, where the position of the buttons is defined via actionscript functions (so they can be repositioned using this functions if you change the player width or height)
