I am sorry, no good news. I am very busy with other tasks/projects. I have not even started working on this.
If you definitely need a script like this (and need it soon) it would be wise to hire an developer.
If I had the time, I would love to program this... But currently I have many many request for adding Hotspots to the JavaScript version of the 3D Rotate Tool and I think I need to wrap up that first.
